Players now start using full size tennis courts but are using a green mini ball that has 75% the pressure of a normal yellow ball. This keeps the player able to develop the skills further without loss of control over the ball. All techniques and tactics used earlier in our programme are reinforced more now we have moved onto the full courts. Players start to be able to use their strength more and are keenly looking to where they can begin to look at what type of player they will become. Using their personal on court strengths and playing to their opponents weaknesses, the game changes point to point. Fun and exciting.
